
Glomerulonephritis Fellow
Malak Ghaddar completed her medical education and internal medicine residency at the Lebanese University, Faculty of Medical Sciences. She then obtained a diploma in the Fundamentals of Medical Research from the same institution. She completed her training in nephrology and hypertension at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC), then she relocated to Canada for advanced studies. She completed a Glomerulonephritis Fellowship at the University of Ottawa and subsequently moved to Vancouver for an additional two-year clinical and research-focused fellowship in glomerulonephritis at UBC. She is currently in her third year of fellowship, further specializing in glomerulonephritis and is also a UBC student completing a Master’s in Health Science. Malak has a strong commitment to both research and teaching and enjoys traditional music from diverse cultures.
Malak has a strong interest in research.
