Daniel Schwartz is a nephrologist as well as the medical director of the Fraser Health home peritoneal dialysis program. His clinical practice is based at the Royal Columbian Hospital in Fraser Health. He received his training at the University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto. Clinical interests include chronic kidney disease, peritoneal dialysis, and amyloidosis. Previous roles include medical director of the Fraser Health Renal Program and founder/CEO of QxMD.
